Louis graduated from WCTC with a degree in Culinary Management after serving overseas with the Marine Corps. He has worked in bars, white tablecloth, and private clubs. Because of that work history Louis can take equipment and put it to dollars and cents as he works with customers. His previous positions has also given him great understanding of the pressures of the kitchen and can set kitchen staff up for long term success.
